• 2 5/8 cups Dutch cocoa powder

• 4 oz German chocolate

• 3 cups Granulated sugar, fine

• 1/2 cup Granulated sugar

• 2 tsp Kosher salt

• 2 oz Milk chocolate

• 8 cups Powdered sugar

• 1 pinch Sea salt

• 2 tbsp Vanilla

Nuts & Seeds

• 2 cups Coconut, unsweetened

• 1 1/2 cups Pecans or walnuts

Drinks

• 1/2 cup Coffee, strong black

• 1 tbsp Espresso, instant powder

Dairy

• 1 3/4 cups Butter, salted

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• 20 tbsp Heavy cream

• 1 cup Vegetable oil or melted butter
