Conventional dairy allows the use of pesticides to grow feed, synthetic growth hormones, and antibiotics. The use of synthetic growth hormones has shown correlation to a rise in IGF-1 in humans, which is correlated with a higher risk of various cancers.
Organic: Cows are given feed grown without commercial fertilizers and pesticides, have pasture access, and are not treated with hormones and certain medications.
A2/A2: Milk that is designated as A2/A2 is most natural to the body as most mammals produce A2 milk, even humans. Because of this, A2 milks have a lower risk of digestive problems.
Grass-fed: These cows consume grasses as their main form of food and cannot be fed grain/byproducts. Due to this feeding structure, the milk from these cows has significantly more omega-3s.
