Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 8 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 tsp espresso powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tsp brown sugar ( optional )
• Splash of vanilla ( optional )
• Whipped cream for serving
Method:
Heat all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisking for 5-6 minutes , until chocolate has melted and mixture is hot and thick. Stir in more sugar, if desired.
