Ingredients: 250ml cold double cream 150g Biscoff spread Half a Lotus biscuit 1) Whisk the double cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl. 2) Add the Biscoff spread and whisk it in. 3) Pipe the mix into glasses. 4) Put the biscuit on top for decoration. 5) Enjoy!
