• 4 large egg yokes
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (40% fat preferred)
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt (about 1/16 of a teaspoon)
• Slices of fresh lime to garnish (optional)
