I had thawed out what I thought was a package of ground beef,but it turned out to be cube steak (Mental note to self:label package better. ;)). So instead of making the usual " Country/Chicken Fried Steak ", I decided to see if I could make Chili out of it. And I think it turned out quite well. As for the cans of chili seasoned beans & tomatoes, that's what I had on hand. If you don't have those, use what you have and add your favorite chili seasonings.
