Saw @carolinagelen make this gorgeous crispy cod & needed it immediately. Instead of pasta we had it over steamed rice & topped it with some fresh pico. Season cod to taste then dredge in flour, egg & seasoned panko Fry until golden 2-3 minutes per side!
