Cluster Beans Stir Fry | கொத்தவரங்காய் பொரியல்
Ingredients
• Cluster beans- 150gms
• Chana dal-3 tablespoon
• Moong dal-4 tablespoon
• Coconut oil-2 tablespoon
• Mustard-1 teaspoon
• Chana dal-1 teaspoon
• Urad dal-1 teaspoon
• Cumin-1 teaspoon
• Red chilies-4
• Asafetida powder-1/2 teaspoon
• Salt- as required
Grated coconut-1/4 cup
Steps:
• 1. Soak Chana dal and moong dal (Kadalaiparuppu & Paasiparuppu) together for 20 minutes. Finely chop the cluster beans and keep it aside.
• 2. You can choose to partial cook cluster beans to 50-60% before stir frying or follow how I have shown in the video too.
• 3. Add oil in a pan and the tempering ingredients. Add the cluster beans and mix together after couple of minutes add the soaked lentils. Add asafetida powde
