INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb/450g chicken breast
• 1 large/2 small heads broccoli
• 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp garlic finely chopped

METHOD:
• 1. Cut broccoli florets into bite sized pieces and soak it in a mixture of water with 1 tsp baking soda for 15-30 mins. This will clean the broccoli thoroughly. Once soaked, rinse it with clean water
