Candy Corn Cookies 🎃

Candy Corn Sugar Cookies. Super chewy! So easy to make. Can’t get enough of these cuties. 🎃 Ingredients 1 and 1/2 sticks of room temperature butter • 2 cups of sugar • 1 tbsp of vanilla • 1 egg and 1 egg white • 3 cups of all purpose flour • 1 tbsp of cornstarch • 1/2 tsp of baking powder • 1/2 tsp of baking soda • 1/2 tsp of salt • Extra 1/4 cup of sugar to roll cookies in 24-30 Pumpkin Candy Corns Directions Preheat oven to 350°F • Whisk dry ingredients together • Cream butter and sugar • Mix in vanilla and then eggs • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well. • Scoop cookie dough and roll in sugar. • Bake for around 10-12 minutes. • When the cookies come out of the oven push the pumpkin candy corns into the cookies. • Makes around 2 a
