• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

• 1/2 tsp Baking soda

• 4 tsp Clear vanilla

• 6 cups Confectioner's sugar

• 2 cups Granulated sugar

• 3/4 tsp Salt

• 2 cup Vegetable shortening

Dairy

• 1 cup Butter, unsalted

• 5/8 cup Milk

• 1 cup Sour cream

Other

• 1/4 teaspoon butter extract or emulsion ((optional))

• 3/4 cup Rainbow jimmies ((jimmies work better than sprinkles as sprinkles often bleed off color and it smears the batter))

• rainbow jimmies (for decorating)
