The cooler weather calls for warm Baklava Apple Pies! These individual dessert size pies come together by lining layers of Fillo Pastry into the holes of a muffin tin. It’s a great technique to use when you want to create an individual pie serving and can be used to make both sweet pies and savoury pies. We’ve filled these pies with spiced apples, almonds and walnuts, and topped them with a honey and cinnamon syrup for added sweetness. Baklava and apple pie – a wonderful combination of two delicious desserts!
