Make this super easy recipe of baked asparagus with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs...also known as asparagus fries! Great side dish for the up coming holidays or a family meal night.
Recipe:
• Preheat over to 425.
• Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
• Trim about 1 pound of asparagus.
• Dredge them in 1/4 flour, then 2 eggs beaten with a tablespoon of mayo, then about a cup of panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
• Bake for 10 minutes and then put on broil for another 2 until slightly browned (be careful not to burn!).
