Almond Joy Stuffed Dates 🌰
8-10 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
8-10 almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Mix together shredded coconut, coconut cream, and maple syrup. Spoon the coconut mixture into the pitted dates. Top with an almond.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and stir in the coconut oil until. Drizzle over the dates and place in the freezer or fridge to set.
