Aerial Hoop Lion Roll - split variation 😁

This is the split variation of lion rolls on aerial hoop 😁 Lots of people totally hate lion rolls due to the pain, but I find that this version is a little less painful once you get the hang of it. It takes a bit of active flexibility in the split leg to be able to keep it more vertical and make it through the sids of the hoop.
