At Renwick Tiles, we pride ourselves on handcrafting and custom glazing each tile to match your vision. Choose the color, size, and shape that best suits your home or commercial project—each tile is made, individually, just for you. Our Process: • Pouring & Drying: We hand-pour wet clay (slip) into custom wood molds, setting them out to dry naturally. • First Firing: Once dried, the tiles undergo an initial bisque firing in the kiln. • Glazing: Each tile is then hand-glazed with care, either by spraying or hand- brushing. • Final Firing: The tiles are returned to the kiln to set the glaze. For pools, steam rooms, or fountains, we offer high-fired tiles for added durability. The result is a tile that not only cleans easily but also stands the test of time, weather, and elements. As each tile is handmade, variation will exist in color, shade and size, which is an inherent characteristic of this product and contributes to the unique beauty of each tile.
