Gothic Cross Tattoo Design
Santiago's Cross symbol Its origins date back to the battle of Clavijo (844). Battle between Moors and Christians which won the latter with the almost miraculous help of St. James astride a white horse, carrying a white flag with the red cross (later called cross Santiago) . Symbol of the Military Religious Order of Santiago (protected and they defended saints and pilgrims places).
