Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and Parmesan on top of the sauce.
5. Roll up the dough tightly from one end to the other.
6. Place the roll seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
