Fees start at 70.00 and will increase based on complexity. HOW DOES IT WORK: 1) Place your order - please make sure your Etsy address is correct as that is where deliveries will arrive. If incorrect address is given - postage will be need to be paid for a new collection kit. 2) You will receive a package containing all necessary directions to return ashes or memory items. Only 1 teaspoon is need for most items. 3) I will let you know when I receive your package, from this moment I will need up to 30 business days to make the keepsake for you (please check your email often in case a question for you should arise) 4) Once the item is complete and polished I will send the keepsake to you in a beautiful gift box ready for giving, along with any unused ashes or materials.
