All our dresses can be modified to each customer's specifications. Our gowns are available in every size including custom sizes, plus sizes and petites. We also make custom designs. Love the top of one dress and the bottom of another? Found a dress you love but wish it had sleeves, a different neckline or beading? Send us pictures and a clear description, we would be more than happy to make your design a reality. Pictures: All pictures are our own. If you order our dresses they will be exactly like the pictures. How the order process works: Just like an ordinary bridal store we only request you pay a 50% down payment before we begin making your dress. We will never ask you to pay the balance on your dress until you have seen pictures of it and it meets your expectations. Shipping: Every dress is shipped with full insurance. Please allow 10 days for shipping from the time you have paid the balance. Sizing: We will make your dress according to your measurements. It is not always possible to make a dress fit exactly without having the customer with us to put the dress on to check for precision. Customers should expect that minor alterations may need to be made. If the dress is more than 1.5 inches smaller than the measurements given, a refund will be issued or another dress will be made free of charge. Production time: Production time on our designs is 10 weeks however most dresses do not require this long. We accept rush orders on a case by case basis. Production time on custom designs range from 10-12 weeks but could take up to 16 weeks for designs with a lot of hand work. You will be advised of the time estimate before making your purchase. Expectations for custom designs: When we make a custom dress, according to a sketch or picture, we design the dress as closely as we can to the guidelines provided. Because we are making the dress based only on sketches/pictures, it isn't possible for us or any other dress maker to make it exactly 100% the same. If once your dress is completed, you feel that the dress is not close enough to the originally agreed upon design, we are always willing to make the changes needed to get it closer to the original design. Revisions: If you request revisions be made to your dress, please be aware that this will increase the production time sometimes up to a month depending upon how long the specific revisions that you have requested. Returns: We accept returns for dresses that were made 1.5 inches or more smaller than the size requested. Of course we also accept returns on any dress received after the wear date so long as the wear date is not before the production time.
