Preheat oven to 350°. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla until creamy. Mix together dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, Oreos, baking soda, baking powder, salt). Roll dough into 1/2 cup portions, place on baking sheet and press down lightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes until top is no longer shiny. Let cool for 20 minutes. Make frosting using butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Pipe onto cookies and garnish with crushed Oreos. Serve warm and store in an airtight container.
