5 minute funnel cake

- How to make a funnel cake in 5 minutes - Haven’t made one of these forever…I almost forgot how easy it is. 🎂 To make: • - prepare instant pancake mix • - add to a squeeze bottle (not necessary, but makes the process so much easier. If you don’t have a bottle, you can just pour the batter into the pan slowly). • - Heat oil on the stove (I used vegetable oil) • - Add in batter • - Let it get crispy and then flip • - Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towel to soak up excess oil - Add toppings (I used melted peanut butter and raspberry purée. I didn’t have whipped cream, but I did have ice cream and it was 🔥). So easy and so good! •
