RECIPE:
3 cups ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp italian herbs paste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic & onion powder
Mix well and set aside.
Cook your elbow & lasagna noodles for 7-8 minutes, strain & set aside.
Grate your cheeses (mozzarella, gouda, pepperjack & Colby jack) I used 1 cup of each cheese, combine in a bowl & set aside.
In a large saucepan, add 1/2 stick @kerrygoldusa garlic & herb butter along with 1/4 cup flour to make your roux. Add 2 cups of heavy cream & 2 cups of evaporated milk along with your preferred seasonings, I used
