The 20ct simulated blue sapphire gemstone is 24mm long (just shy of 1 inch) and 18mm in width (11/16th"). The entire pendant is 1 3/4th inches long. The necklace/bail opening is 5mm x 3mm. Notice the beautiful craftsmanship of the Victorian filigree setting. The original antique piece that this pendant was designed from, was a Victorian cameo pin/brooch.
