Wicked Cute knee length design Halloween inspired tulle skirt! This tulle skirt is handmade from hand cut panels of bridal tulle. We use around 35yards of tulle cut with each layer being longer then the next. We start with Black tulle on top, purple tulle in the middle and copper glimmer tulle at the bottom. All three layers of the Bridal tulle are tightly machine gathered, serged, and sewn to the black fabric covered elastic waistband. This skirt is made to be around just above the knee, with the longest layer of tulle cut at 17" long. This skirt is fully sewn, never tied. It is machine washable and dryer safe. This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered! Measurement: Sizes go by smallest waist size tutu will fit to largest Hips tutu fits over These are our measurements, not "standard sizing".
