• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Potato starch
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Oils & Vinegars
• 4 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
• 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
Other
• 1 Tablespoon gochagaru
• 1 16 ounce block Extra firm tofu (pressed and chopped into 1/2 inch bite sized chunks)
