Homemade chai 🇮🇳 ☕️ RECIPE (2 servings, 15min prep time):
-1 cup (250ml) water
-1 knob ginger, smashed or grated
-1 stick of cinnamon
-4 cardamom pods
-3 peppercorns
Either lightly smash first or immediately put in hot water.
Simmer for 2mins.
-2 black tea bags
Simmer for 2mins.
-1 cup (250ml) plant based milk of your choice (vanilla flavor is amazing)
