• 2 cups Basmati rice
Baking & Spices
• 4 Cardamoms, green
• 1 inch Cinnamon
• 3/4 tbsp Garam masala
• 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 pinch Saffron
• 1 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Star anise
• 1 Strand mace
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Dairy
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 7 tbsp Yogurt, plain
Liquids
• 3 1/2 cups 3 cups water
Other
• 6 cloves ((lavang))
• ¾ teaspoon shahi jeera ((caraway seeds) (substitute with cumin))
