The price remains the same no matter how many words you use. What's Included: Printed velvet banner in your chosen size and colour Choice of tassels (see listing photos for options) Personalised design sent to you as a digital mock-up before printing Hanging Options: Add a wooden dowel and black cord to your order to make your banner ready to hang straight out of the box! This is available as an optional add-on at checkout. If not selected, you can hang your banner using your own wooden pole or dowel - these are widely available at hardware or craft stores. Please note: Hanging add-ons are not available for banners sized 100cm x 120cm or 100cm x 130cm due to their size. Turnaround Time: 10-14 days after the final design is approved. Please note that any delays during the design stage (e.g. waiting for your choices or feedback) will extend the overall turnaround time. FAQ 1. Can I see a mock-up before ordering? Unfortunately, we only create mock-ups after a purchase has been made. 2. Can I see colour/font options? Yes - once your order is placed, we'll send a personalisation form that includes colour recommendations, font choices, and tassel colour options. 3. Can you colour match? We do our best to match your colours. Just send any photos or colour codes, and we'll try to get as close as possible. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed. 4. Can you print my logo or custom design? Absolutely - just send a high-resolution file (preferably PNG, SVG, or EPS with a transparent background) and we'll include it in your design. 5. Do you offer custom sizes? Yes - pop us a message with your ideal size. To help you gauge pricing: banners larger than 50cm x 60cm but smaller than 100cm x 120cm are priced at £135. Important - International Buyers: Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or handling fees imposed by your country's government are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are often collected by the courier upon delivery and are not included in product pricing. If you choose not to pay these customs charges and the parcel is returned to me, no refund will be issued due to the personalised nature of your order.
