5-Minute Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait | Protein-Packed Breakfast or Snack

Nutrient-Dense Yogurt Parfait: Layer in a 12 oz glass: 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), 2 tbsp low-sugar granola. Repeat layers. Choose fresh or frozen berries (thawed) based on seasonality. For extra nutrition, add 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed between layers.
