This cocktail hat is simple elegance. And completely perfect for everything from the little black dress to halloween costuming! It is made from a hand blocked buckram base that has been covered first in felt and then in a lush satin and has a black veil added. Stripped coque feathers are added at a jaunty angle and a beaded and sequined detail give it a sparkly flair! It attaches to your hair with a sturdy metal alligator clip that is great for any type or style of hair- or I can do a comb or even a headband upon request.
