Method

a) It takes just few minutes to make.
 • b) You don’t need an oven to melt cheese
 • c) It acts as starter or main course depends how you like it
 • d) You can have it with chips or even toasted bread and
 • e) You eat straight from pan, no need to spoil too many vessels; works perfectly fine for a rainy weekend  at my house.
 • I have used Go Mozzarella Cheese for the same.
 • Here’s the recipe-
 • - take 2 boiled sweet corns and separate corn kennels
 • - In a pan, take 2 tsp butter
 • - add 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 medium size onion, green chillies and some chopped capsicum
 • - add some salt, mix herbs
 • - mix well, cook for 5 minutes
 • - then add boiled corn
 • - add 2 tbs Chili mayonnaise or plain mayonnaise
 • - mix everything well
 • - add some fr

This Corn Puri Chaat is a scrumptious way to upgrade your regular chaat. It's my take on Masala Puri loaded with sweet corn & veggies 😍 Wholesome, flavourful & a great snack option! Try it out & tag @saltinall when you do💫  Method:  • Take oil in a pan, add chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies & sauté for 1-2 mins  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder & cook for another 3 mins  • Lastly, add the corn and cook for 4-5 mins. Keep aside & let the mix cool down  • Take puris, crack them up, stuff them with the corn filling.   • Top them up with some chaat masala, dal moth, coriander & dig in!
