We inhale about 100 billion particles a day! If you’re breathing through your mouth, the air doesn’t get filtered which can make your airways irritated and inflamed. It can also lead to bad breath, brain fog and fatigue.   Breathwork helped me become aware. Practicing daily retrained my body to breathe properly (in & out of the nose) even when I’m not consciously thinking of it. When I sleep, I don’t use mouth tape. My body actually feels off when my mouth is open, so I end up automatically closing it... the body just knows. It’s a beautiful thing. It reminds me of an athlete training and developing muscle memory!
