Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas (mashed), 8 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 scoops Chocolate Brownie, 1 cup oat flour, 1 tbsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda), pinch of salt, chocolate chips  Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix banana, butter, syrup, egg, vanilla. Stir in the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt. Folded in choc chips. Poured into lined loaf pan, added more chips on top. Baked for 55–70 min. Fill each pitted medjool date with about 1/2 tbsp of coconut butter and dip them halfway in dark chocolate. Top with a little more shredded coconut and keep them in a container in the fridge for a few weeks to grab whenever you need a quick snack/dessert!  You can buy coconut butter at stores like Whole Foods or make your own by blending 4 cups shredded coconut in a food processor for a few minutes.

Preheat oven to 300°-325°F (if you like a crispier crust). Mix 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites (about 4 large egg whites) with 2 tsp of corn starch, arrowroot starch or almond flour*. If you want it to taste less eggy and more crunchy, use a full tablespoon. Season with garlic powder and oregano-it's amazing like that. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 23-25 minutes. Top with about 1/3 cup your favorite pizza or marinara and 1/4 cup shredded cheese or dairy free cheese. Broil for 1-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and enjoy!!
