🦵🏼Wall Stretches - Lower Body Edition🦵🏼  As you can tell I absolutely love using a wall as a prop in my practice, I recently shared how you can use the wall to assist you in upper body stretches and thought why not share one for the lower body too?! 👀  ✨ Figure four (option to bend the knee to find a deeper stretch)  • ✨ Straight legs  • ✨ Butterfly (you can also extend the legs for a wall assisted pancake pose)  ✨ And my new wall favourite malasana yogi squat  These poses can be really relaxing so find a stretch that’s comfortable and you could try them out just before you go to bed 💤  Tip - hold each one for 5-10 breath cycles (1 inhale & 1 exhale = 1 breath cycle) 🧘🏻‍♀️  Let me know which ones your favourite!! 🙋🏻‍♀️  #wallstretch #wallyoga #yogaforrelaxation #yogatutorial #
