This is my favorite way to stay hydrated during the summer by making this quick and easy, natural electrolyte water… think healthy Lemonade or Gatorade and you can costumize it! I feel soo much better when I drink this ☺️

Ingredients:
 • Filtered Water 
 • Lemon juice 
 • Pure maple syrup or raw honey 
 • Small pinch of Celtic sea salt 
 • splash of Coconut water

This all works together to add electrolytes and minerals to your water! 

Making sure you have filtered water, otherwise our bodies act as the filtered and your body can focus on taking in healthy minerals and staying hydrated 🤍

Simply adding a squeeze of lemon or lime to your body throughout the day can be very beneficial as well.
