This recipe nearly broke me to perfect it, it took me 3 trials and a lot of wasted dough and oil to finally get the consistency right so i hope you try it out and tell me what you think.  • To make it  • 2 cups/350gm Semolina. Course grain  • 1 cup/120gm all-purpose flour  • 2 tsp baking powder   • 1 cup/250gm greek yogurt  • 1/2 cup/115gm vegetable oil  1 cup/240ml warm water  For the simple sugar syrup  • 2 cups granulated sugar   • 1 cup water  • 2-3 cardamom pods  • Squeeze of 1/2
