10min · 1 serving     Ingredients:  • 1 1/2 tbs tahini   • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos   • 3 tsp sriracha   • 1 in piece ginger, grated   1 tbsp gamasio (found at Asian markets and health food stores)   1 package of ramen noodles (I used gluten free millet brown rice noodles by Lotus Foods)  Instructions:  • Into a bowl, add tahini, sriracha, coconut aminos, ginger and gamasio and mix until well combined.  • Cook 1 package of ramen noodles according to package instructions (usually takes 3-5 mins)  • Drain and add hot noodles to the bowl and mix until well combined.  • Eat by itself or serve with steamed veggies.  • Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Homemade Veggie Broth:
 • 4 cups water 
 • 1 garlic clove
 • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled 
 • Handful of each chopped celery, carrots, onion and cilantro 
 • Piece of kombu 

1/4 tsp sea salt

Ingredients to sauté: 
 • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced 
 • 1 tsp coconut oil 

1/4 tsp chili flakes 

Vegetables to Steam: 
 • 1 handful broccoli florets 
 • 1 small sweet potato, peeled and chopped 

1 small handful green beans, trimmed and chopped

Coconut red thai curry:
 • 1 cup full fat coconut milk 
 • 1 tbsp red curry paste 
 • 1/4 tsp sea salt 
 • 1/2 lime, juiced 
 • 1 tsp coconut sugar 

3 tsp coconut aminos 

Instructions:

 • Shredded cabbage 
 • Carrots
 • Cucumbers 
 • Red bell pepper
 • Baked tofu 

Cilantro 

Creamy peanut sauce 
 • 2 Tbsp peanut butter 
 • 2 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari 
 • 1/2 tsp sriracha 
 • 1/8 tsp rice wine vinegar 
 • 2 tsp maple syrup, add less if you are watching sugar 

1 tsp lime juice 

combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk in till creamy.
