Mouth watering Gorgonzola Gnocchi With Some Prosciutto made by @thecarbsdontcount on tiktok
-Rip or slice 5 pieces of prosciutto into small pieces.
-Add olive oil to a pan and then your prosciutto. Cook until crispy on both sides.
-Remove from the pan and add 2 tbsp of butter to the same pan with 3 cloves of minced garlic.
-Once the garlic is fragrant, add 1 cup of heavy cream and cook until simmering.
-Season with salt, pepper and garlic/ onion salt.
-Add 4oz fresh Gorgonzola. Cut into small pieces. Let cook stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
-Cook 1lb gnocchi in salted water until al dente. (Gnocchi cooks fast so I like to save this until my sauce is already almost done)
-Add your cooked gnocchi, 1/2 a cup of Parm and a dash of pasta water.
