Dandelion is bitter, try this instead

I don’t like dandelion. The texture is tough and unless it’s just come out of the ground it is extremely bitter. Every talks about dandelion. In comparison, Canadian Wild Lettuce has a crisp texture and generally not very bitter early in the season at the rosette stage. I love wild lettuce and it has uses beyond just being edible! I thought you may be interested to learn how to distinguish the two! Have you had wild lettuce before? Let me know if you’d like to see a video comparing prickly wild lettuce to Canadian wild lettuce!
