 • 2 puff pastry sheets thawed
 • 3 medium size apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Delicious or Granny Smith)
 • 1 tablespoon salted butter
 • 1/4 cup brown sugar lightly packed
 • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
 • Pinch of salt
 • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
 • 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp of water mixed together
 • 1 egg + 1 tsp of water for egg wash 
 • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze
 • 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk for the glaze

 • 1/2 cup brown sugar
 • 1 tsp cinnamon
 • 1 tbsp flour
 • 1/4 cup melted butter
 • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tsps or more of non dairy milk

Directions
 • Preheat oven to 375
 • In a small bowl add your brown sugar, cinnamon and flour
 • Mix well
 • Place your thawed dough onto floured working surface
 • Carefully roll out to a large circle
 • Cut out a rectangle
 • Sprinkle with your sugar mix
 • Roll up tightly
 • Cut into 1/2-1 inch pieces
 • Place onto prepared baking sheet
 • Brush tops with melted butter
 • Bake in preheated oven for roughly 10 minutes until golden
 • Whole cookies are baking mix your icing
 • In a small bowl add your powdered sugar and milk
 • Mix until creamy
