Ingredients

- 1 roll of puff pastry (250 g)
- 100 g quark or creamy unsalted cream cheese
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 small egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Fresh blueberries (6-8 per tartelette)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For brushing:
• 1 small egg yolk

Preparation:
>Roll out the puff pastry and cut 4 circles using tartelette molds from the length side. From the remaining dough, cut strips (each strip about 1.5 cm wide).

>For the filling, mix quark, powdered sugar, small egg yolk, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until a creamy mixture forms

>Bake in a preheated oven at 190 Celsius for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
