• 2 1/2 cups Cake flour * if you do not have cake flour see note below
• 1 tsp Peppermint extract
• 1 tsp Peppermint extract- (adjust to your liking)
• 8 cups Powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Salt to
• 1 1/2 cups Sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Dairy
• 4 1/2 sticks Butter, unsalted
• 1 1/3 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp Milk or cream
• 3 tbsp Milk- add
