Tomato Mozzarella Puff Pastry Candy Canes 🥹❤️ so easy, delicious and adorable.
Ingredients:
• 2 sheets puff pastry.
• 1 1/4 cup tomato basil sauce (I used homemade but you can use any you like).
• 1 1/2 cup shredded low moisture mozzarella.
•parmigiano reggiano.
Directions:
• 1.- cook out the moisture of some tomato sauce in a pan for abour 5 min, til it looks like in the video so the twists are not watery. Let it cool, or if you are in a pinch place in a bowl over an ice bath. That’ll do it.
• 2.-roll out your 2 puff pastry sheets while they’re still cold.
• 3.- spread the sauce on one of the sheets, add the mozzarella and top with the other puff pastry sheet. Roll it out once very very gently so it all sticks. Cut off the edges to make it nice.
• 4.- cut
