Bougainvillea And Palm Tree Painting
27 hours later! I have this beautiful new piece. I started this series (4 more to come) of #beautifuldoors in the same #gouachepainting style, but to really get texture and the details to come out of this #bougainvillea styled tree I really felt it lacked something. So I decided to do a #pointillism layer of the petals as a final layer, which took easily 15 hours. Blah blah blah, I’m really proud of this piece. I think it’s some of my best painting to date, but damn, that tree was NOT fun 😂...
