If you’re looking to impress guests at dinner, then you absolutely need to make these Grilled Lamb Chops. Marinated in yogurt , paprika and garam masala ,these lamb chops reach the ultimate level of flavor, and will make you look like a rockstar! It’s simple to prepare too. All you have to do is mix a simple ingredients , marinate, grill for a few minutes, then serve. 

1 rack of lamb ( about 8pcs )
 • 1/2 yogurt 
 • 2 tbsp garam masala 
 • 2 tbsp smoked paprika 
 • 3 tbsp oil of your choice ( I use mustard oil )
 • 2 tsp salt 

Olive oil spray

* Pat the lamb chops until they’re dry. slice them into 8 chops.
 • * Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a bowl 
 • * Add the lamb chops and make sure it coated well the marinate
 • * Marinate about 2 hrs

Introducing the "Smokin' Lamb Lollipops" Ingredients: 1 rack of lamb (or 8 bones) Fresh vegetables: Bell pepper, tomatoes, onions Herb Marinade: Olive oil - ¼ cup Fresh thyme - 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary - 2 tbsp Fresh sage - 2 tbsp Onion - ¼ Garlic - 2 cloves Salt & pepper - to taste Honey - 1 tbsp Instructions: Herb Marinade: Mix up the herb paste in a food processor and apply generously to the lamb. Vacuum-marinate for the ultimate flavor. Smoking: Fire up your Treager smoker to 225 degrees. Smoke the lamb for 45 minutes to an hour until it hits 120 degrees. Chop up vegetables and smoke them along with the lamb Sear: Sear the lamb for 2 minutes per side for a crust. Aim for an internal temperature of 125 for medium-rare, and 145 for medium-well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Turkey’s great and all, but if I had my say, I’d have a leg of lamb on the table every Thanksgiving. 

Here’s how I did it:

-blend a head of garlic, 2 T Lake Shore Drive seasoning from @thespicehouse , and about 1/4 C olive oil until smooth
 • -take out the leg of lamb and score the fatty sections on all sides
 • -rub in the garlic-herb paste
 • -tie the lamb in 4-5 spots with butchers twine to help for an even cook, trimming excess twine as needed
 • -apply additional rub mentioned earlier until the lamb is well-coated on all sides
 • -marinate overnight is desired, but at least throw it in the fridge a few hours to allow the flavors to penetrate 
 • -cook in a roasting rack at 375 degrees until the IT hits ~135 degrees

-rest for ~45 minutes before carving, then serve!
