Ingredients 
 • * 2 cups of cooked rice
 • * 1/2-1 cup of ripe kimchi 
 • * 2 stalks of green onion
 • * 3-4 cloves of garlic
 • * 1 in knob of butter
 • * 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
 • * 1-2 tbsp of kimchi juice
 • * 1 sheet of seaweed
 • * 4 string cheese sticks 
 • * Drizzle of Sesame oil
 • * Sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions 
 • 1. Chop your green onion, kimchi, and garlic. 
 • 2. Add a bit of oil to your pan and sauté your garlic and green onions until fragrant. Don’t burn it!
 • 3. Add your kimchi and stir fry it and then add your cooked rice. Stir fry it and season with kimchi juice and oyster sauce. 
 • 4. Add your seaweed down onto a rolling mat. Add the string cheese slices in the middles and cut it into pieces. Brush the Kimbap with sesame oil. Throw it in
