homemade take 5 candy bars! they’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, so good, and made with just 5 ingredients!

ingredients
 • gluten/grain free pretzels
 • peanuts
 • 2/3 cup peanut butter, divided
 • 3 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
 • 6oz dark chocolate (i used dairy free & refined sugar free)

instructions
 • 1. line an 8x5 loaf pan with parchment paper, then line the bottom of the loaf pan with pretzels.
 • 2. heat 1/3 cup peanut butter in a microwave safe glass dish for 30-60 seconds (until runny), then drizzle it over the pretzels and spread it out evenly.
 • 3. top the peanut butter layer with peanuts (i used about 1/2 cup) then place in the freezer.
 • 4. next, make the caramel: mix together the remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter and the honey/maple syrup in a mic

homemade almond joy candy bars 🫶🏼 they’re gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and taste so much like the real thing!  ingredients  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes/shreds  • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup  • 1/4 cup coconut oil  • 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk  • 6oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i use dairy free)  instructions  • 1. first, melt the coconut oil. next, make the coconut filling: add the shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a food processor and process for about a minute, scraping down the sides as needed.  • 2. once smooth, add the filling to an 8x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. next, top with roasted almonds (be sure to press the almonds down into the coconut mixture).

Healthy candy bar:

Layer 1: 
 • Pulse 1 cup of pitted medjool dates in a food processor with 1 cup almond flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 scoop LSF Nutrition Vanilla protein powder and sea salt. Pulse until a dough forms. Press dough into the bottom of a pan. 

Layer 2:
 • Mix 1 cup of all natural peanut butter with 1/3 cup of organic maple syrup. Heat in a pan until combined and a shiny consistency forms. Pour this mixture over layer one. Add ⅓ cup chopped roasted peanuts. Lastly, drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
