@fitgreenmind's recipes are the best!🤤 RECIPE (8 pitas, 90min prep time): -4 cups (500g) flour -1 1/4 cup (300ml) lukewarm water -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 Tbsp sugar -1Tsp salt First mix water, yeast, and sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients. Knead 5-8min. Let it rest for 1 hour. Shape into 8 balls and let them rest for another 15mins. Flatten them then fry on medium heat without oil for a few minutes, flipping every 30sec or so. (You can also freeze them up to months).   #vegan #bread

Ingredients : 
 • Flour/ Maida - 1.5 Cups
 • Baking soda - 1/4th Tsp
 • Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
 • Salt - A Pinch
 • Icing sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
 • Cinnamon Pwd - 1/4Th Tsp
 • Yogurt - 3 Tbsps
 • Warm Water - 1/4th Cup 

Oil - 1.5 Tbsp

Sugar Cinnamon Dust : 
 • Castor Sugar - 1/4th Cup

Cinnamon Pwd - 1 Tsp

Process : 
 • * To make the donut dough - mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder & icing sugar with the yogurt - once it turns crumbly, knead it with some warm water until the dough comes together

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup Warm Milk
 • 3/4 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
 • 2 tbsp Sugar
 • 2+¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
 • ¼ cup Melted Butter
 • Oil, for frying

Filling:
 • Pastry Cream / Custard Filling

Caramel Top:
 • 1 cup Sugar
 • 1/4 cup Water

Method:
 • 1. Add flour, sugar, yeast, milk, and melted butter in a bowl. Knead the dough using a stand mixer or your hands till it all comes together and forms a smooth, non-sticky dough. Do the windowpane test to check if the dough is ready.
 • 2. Line another bowl with oil and place the rolled dough carefully in it. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it proof in a warm place for 1-2 hours till it is doubled in size.
 • 3. Once the dough is double in size, knock down the dough and place it on a floured surface to knead again.
 • 4. Knead for a minute
