A CHEATS WAY to MELT CHOCOLATE without it burning 😱  Melting chocolate doesn’t have to be a hard task   Sure if your tempering chocolate 🍫 you need to follow certain steps   BUT if your just melting Choc at home for a recipe like our brownies with icecream we shared last night 😋   OR to dip some delicious strawberries in 😋  Then getting the double boiler out can seem like it’s too much effort or can even seem scary if haven’t used one before   So here is my CHEATS way to MELT CHOC AT HOME without chopping!   🍫 Break your choc up into a microwave safe bowl and yea I said break no need to chop it!   • 🍫 Microwave for 30 seconds only at a time & be careful the bowl can be hot when you take it out  • 🍫 After the first 30 seconds mix it around really well the residual heat from the bo

INGREDIENTS: (for about 4 bombs)
 • - 200 g chocolate of choice
 • - 8tsp hot chocolate mix
 • - 4 tbsp mini marshmallows
 • - Sprinkles and chocolates of choice
 • ** I used vegan chocolate, marshmallows and sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
 • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds pulses until fully melted.
 • Pour about 2 tbsp of melted chocolate into each silicone mold. Use the spoon to evenly spread the chocolate up the sides of the molds. Scrape the excess chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes. If the chocolate isn't thick enough, repeat this process one more time on each mold.
 • Once set, remove the chocolate cups out of the molds and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
 • Place half of them (seam side up) in cupcake liners.
 • Fill each one with 2 tsp of hot cho
